Free

Girls night out at Push
Push Ultra Lounge is having a Ladies Style & Fitness Fair from 6-9 p.m. Friday (4/9) at the St. Petersburg club. There's free champagne and food, gift bags for the first 100 ladies and a fashion show at 10 p.m.

Kids eat free at IHOP in April
Buy an adult entree at IHOP, and from 4-10 p.m. throughout April, kids ages 12 and under can eat free (drinks not included). Call first to make sure your location is participating.

Free Fix up your kid's room
Thinking about doing a little redecorating in your child's bedroom? Pottery Barn wants to help with a free class on Saturday in Tampa on decking out your kid's space. And the store is offering 10 percent off items featured in the class.

Green Earth Day concert
Head to the Lake Mirror Promenade & Amphitheater in Lakeland on April 16 for a free concert that's powered by solar panels. There will also be lots of vendors on hand with alternative energy products.

The Movie Under the Stars in Seminole City Park on Friday should come with a caveat: They are showing the PG-13-rated Land of the Lost, a Will Ferrell flick that has salty language, characters getting stoned and lots of fart, poop and dinosaur pee jokes, so Cinderella it ain’t. (My middle schooler loved it, of course.) Bring lawn chairs and blankets, and there will be food available for purchase at the park at 7464 Ridge Road in Seminole. It starts at 8 p.m.
